Ranting on about Everything. ♥ 8:10 PM

First off, people in general are crazy. I can refer to a few situations, but let me start with the retail details. (Ha. It rhymes.)

Anywho. I was at work with my lovely co-workers and this lady comes in, about to buy a pair of shoes. My co-worker is at the cash register and wants to pay with a gift certificate. So, doing what the computer says, my co-worker takes the gift certificate to verify it and goes ahead and tries to give the change back in merchandise credit because it won't allow it any other way. Then of course, the lady goes off on her, and I look over, realizing that she is going crazy. My other co-worker comes back from getting coffee and tries to help her, but we all realize we can't do anything and the computer won't allow us.
It went something like this:
"What do you mean you can't give me cash back?!" the crazy lady said.
"I'm sorry Ma'am, but it won't let me. I can only give you merchandise credit," said my co-worker. We'll call her co-worker 1.
"No, this crazy! I shouldn't have to get merchandise credit. I want my money back. I don't want these shoes!"
"I'm sorry, but that's all we can do Ma'am. I can't do anything else."
"Where's your manager? How come she isn't here...blah blah blah," and she went on. I swear I was about to smack her across the face. No joke, I hit one of the walls in the back stock room.
"You can come back tomorrow. My manager will be here tomorrow and she can give you cash back, but for now, we don't have authority to do that," coworker 1 said while she was on the phone with my manager.
"No. I don't want the shoes. I want my money back. I can't believe you don't have authority to do that. Let me talk to her," and there she goes and takes MY phone from my co-worker and puts her bitchy germs on it. Sorry for the profanity, but seriously. What a fucker. Then she wastes everyone elses time because the computer breaks because of her fucking ass and her bitchy attitude and non-cooperation and goes ahead and everyone else gets tired and we can't ring up everyone else because of her. SO people left the store, instead of buying. DAMN. BITCH. Anyway. So in the end, basically, she wasted OUR TIME and the time of the customers. I wish I was one of the customers and I could go off on her too, at least, then I wouldn't be in trouble. :D But, I was so close to going off on her. I semi-did just telling her that we can't do anything about it, then come back later. Seriously. WTF. Anyway. That was the end of that. Wasted at least 45 minutes or an hour of hour time since she was in the store acting ridiculous. BITCH.

Woo. Finally let that all out.
Anyway.
Other people are crazy too. What would you do if someone you knew for so long and you had also helped throughout his/her life had just gone off and talked shit behind your back? Yes. I'm sure you would be pissed off too, huh?
Yeah, funny I just laugh at it actually and what he/she has done with the whole situation, acting a bit immature about it all. But now it's not too much my problem. I just would like to talk to him/her face to face and let all my thoughts out that's all. I wish he/she could just come up to me face to face because he/she can't even do that.
Pathetic.

There are certain people in this world, no matter what, they have interesting ways of thinking and can't find respect or courtesy. Or are just plain crazy...

Finished.
